- Screen of bulletin board serves as the network inside company. This screen displays important information which
workers should know for example; urgent products and products needed to deliver soon. Frequently used functions are made as shortcut keys
and put on the bulletin board in order to operate comfortably.
- Inputting information during production processes
- This system helps workers to enter information during production processes easily so that employees can
avoid entering mistake. Actual Cost are calculated
automatically in real time depending on actual production
time. Comparing actual and plan of production, we can grasp
information such as which product took much time in which
production process.
- Points needed to pay attention are inputted
in production process memo and detailed memo. These memo
will be displayed from next production of the same product and
workers responsible for this product can take advantage of
them. In this way, workers can share their experiences in order to increase quality of products. Moreover,
workers can possess higher technological
knowledge and companies using this system can compete with other companies.

- When it comes to progress function, the color of the
production process changes to blue when it is finished
according to the input information by employees during
production. We can make sure whether the process is going on
without delay or not by seeing this progress function. Furthermore,
everyone who is not a responsible sale person can respond to inquiries about products from customers by glancing this screen.
- Screen displaying detailed actual results of production
- This screen displays the detailed information about actual results of production processes. Detailed information includes responsible
worker's name, production date, total time to finish each production process
and memo
entered by workers for each production process and actual production cost calculated by using the
entered information by
workers during each production unit. We can compare the differences between actual result and plan of production clearly by using this screen. Finally, we can check production ability of each
worker and compare his production abilities with others.
